Welcome to Oyork Sports. By engaging with our products and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Orders & Customization

• All custom orders must be confirmed in writing (via email or official purchase order).

• Final designs, logos, colors, and sizing must be approved by the client before production.

• Once production has started, changes to custom orders are not permitted.

2. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified.

• A deposit (typically 30–50%) is required to initiate production; balance due before shipment.

• Payment methods include bank transfer, Western Union, or any agreed method.

• All quotes are valid for 15 days unless otherwise stated.

3. Production Time

• Lead times vary based on order quantity and customization complexity.

• Standard production time is 2–4 weeks after order confirmation and deposit receipt.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping costs are not included in product pricing unless agreed otherwise.

• Oyork Sports is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or customs clearance.

• Tracking details will be provided once the order is dispatched.

5. Returns & Claims

• Custom-made products are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect.

• Claims for defective items must be reported within 7 days of receipt with supporting photos.

• Oyork Sports reserves the right to inspect and validate all claims.

6. Intellectual Property

• All logos, designs, and branding provided by the customer remain the property of the customer.

• Oyork Sports does not claim ownership over custom branding submitted by clients.

7. Confidentiality

• We respect your business privacy. Any designs or product information shared with us will be treated as confidential.

8. Legal Jurisdiction

• All transactions are subject to the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be handled through the legal system of Sialkot, Pakistan.
